Congrats to all who passed. But to those with one reference or the other, please in the name of God dont be discouraged. Just focus on the prize and make up for areas u came short this diet in subsequent exams. ACA is invaluable as a chartered accountant, I must confess ACA is priceless. Wish u all the best.

Your qualification will determine the stage you will start from. There are 3 stages in total for the Professional Level:
1. Foundation stage also called Knowledge
2. Skills stage also called Application
3. Final stage

For the first stage, you write a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 papers depending on your field of study.

For the second stage, you write a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 papers depending on your mode of entry into this stage.

For the third stage which is the final stage, you write 5 papers.

In all stages the pass mark is 50, anything more is just a good ego boost.

I am not happy at all, i have decided not to write ICAN again, started from ATS1.......written this skills level 3 times now,passed MGE previous diet, passed FR now, if i write NOV again that will be the fourth diet, its so demorilizing for me, ordinary public sector been battling with it since 2015....i have just been crying.....i read so much for this diet, i myself knew i read.....everyone around me will just say they think i am over working myself with this exam....but see now i have failed it again..........i am so sad, even my boss said with the way i have read he wont be happy with me if i dont pass, i am so scared to tell him now

My dear, I understand how you feel. It has happened to me before. I abandoned ICAN for two years in anger. My plan was never to write it again. But along the line, I was challenged when I met my juniors in school (those I used to organise tutorials for) qualifying. Can you imagine that I just cleared 4 papers at the skill level at once? I am preparing for My professional level already. My advice? Work hard & pray hard. Good luck!

Guys, I found this new Android app called WanGO that does so much - helps you find places around you easily, see events in Lagos, and other places and even shopping deals. It's really great, and you should all download WanGO and check it out. I used it to find ATMs wherever I am easily.

I am very happy, passed my 4 foundation courses. Was worried about FA cos I made a big mistake in 1 of the theory questions. But I prayed and left it for God and He has done it for me. Moving to Skills. Thank You Jesus!!!!

I think ICAN laughs a lot with those down the ladder like us (I mean people like me in foundation level). I read Economics in school and decided to write my first level exam without applying for exemption or attend any tutorial centre, although I have always been like that.

See my result breakdown when I checked yesterday:
MI = 66 _ answered only 4questions plus the objective part;
Bus Law= 69 _ answered all 5 questions;
FA = 74_ answered only 4questions plus the objective part;
QT in Bus = 77 _answered only 4questions plus the objective part;
Bus Finance = 84 answered only four question and the second part of the fifth question.

I know they smile @starters like us but I prayed as much as I prepared and I prepared as much as I read and God has catapulted me to the next level.

However, some of your comments here are very discouraging but I believe that with God, we'll all be chartered some day.
