try funbact A and anti biotics or herbal medicines (yoruba agbo)
they use it to clear measles ..so it can also help in this situation

pls i am not a skin doctor or a specialist, but as u await a professional help, dont bath with ordinary water for now, always use dettol and boil ur water and let it cool down b4 usage. it may be stressful, but u need to take care of urself bro. cheers

Treatment
Mucha-Habermann disease usually resolves on its own within several weeks to several months. However, in some cases various therapies to treat condition may be used. Oral antibiotics can help to clear lesions in about 50% of affected individuals, particularly erythromycin in children and a tetracycline derivative in adults. Exposure to ultraviolet light is the most effective therapy, particularly if the pityriasis lichenoides is persistent. While individuals can show considerable improvement from summer sunlight, phototherapy (light treatments) with narrow band ultraviolet light is an alternative for more controlled light delivery and during months that are not sunny. PUVA (psoralens and ultraviolet A light) is less commonly used, given its greater associated risk of the development of skin cancer and accelerated skin aging. Topical corticosteroids and systemic antihistamines have been used to ease pruritus, but do not clear the eruption. Methotrexate or dapsone may be necessary in severe cases.

I was administered some drugs but i noticed it kept spreading, the doctor had to refer me to a skin specialist, who taught it was chicken pox too but on my second visit, he consulted his Books on skin disease and alas, I've got Mucha Habermann disease also known as pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta or PLEVA.

Please doctors, I have used several oral ointment nd some drugs yet I ve not found relief..

It's said to be a rare Immune disease but I don't want to believe it has no cure.

Kindly assist me because I can't cope having these all over my body.

ultraviolet light means get a tanning booth. unfortunately, we are black here, so those may be hard to find.
