Lol, I didn't care then when I used to eat it with the family, all I knew was to devour what was placed in front of me, I guess that is why i'm this chubby haven't eaten it in a while though

It depends on how you prepare the owo soup. We cook ours with palm oil, starch, garri, native and non-native potash, periwinkle, water leaf and pumpkin leave.

You can add vegetables if you want to it aids digestion and it's more nutritious. Unlike the native owo that is just light and plain.

When you prepare it with the vegetables it becomes more like a soup because then you can only eat it with starch not unripe plantain and yam. You can try it, you won't be sorry.

So all man is just tired. No energy to enter kitchen. We had to order take out.
