Individuals can have a copy of their WAEC replaced in the event they loose the original, My mum did not have her Original results when she got into Luth in the 70s till today. Many agencies request for a passport photo when application forms of identity are being filled. Otherwise why did the Nigerian embassy request for 2 passport photos when they still took a picture of me in their office for my bio data

oga, Buhari entered the Army when he was in Ss3 equivalent now, that is, before they wrote the WASC. That was the reason he had to use a recommendation letter his principal wrote IN LIEU of his certificate. In a saner clime, for the fact that he doesn't have the least certificate needed to be recruited by the Army, all the ranks, courses certificates, salary and pension he had received will be taken from him but no, this is Nigeria where anything goes.
