Can you go abroad to study anything without a waec result? Please name the institution abroad that wouldn't ask of any form of senior secondary school certification be it neco or nabteb before admitting you for a course. So you mean a stark illiterate can board a plane and go abroad for a "masters degree"(according to you) and be admitted successfully.
