a. Was he admitted based on quota system or
b. Based on recommendations from his principal (which are both not good enough reason not to demand for his SSCE)?
3. If option b holds sway in this case, don't you think the Nigerian army should have at least made his SSCE primary and recommendations secondary in admitting him rather than making recommendations the all important qualification for "Muhammadu Buhari" only?

Mr man! I didn't finish reading the rubbish you typed here. Even the whites you mentioned place significant importance on certificates when employing for roles, especially senior or managerial roles, so stop talking shits and craps.

Also note that it also clearly states that requirements vary from school to school so if the one u applied to study in required ur certificate does that mean they all do?

Certificate A document serving as evidence as a person has completed an educational course. Also note the key word here "completed".

I believe you can correlate these two key words on your own. And believe me there is no school you are applying for abroad that won't ask for both you transcript and your certificate. Unless you are starting afresh in there secondary school equivalent.
