I left my laptop hibernated and charging and when i got back it refused to come on or charge. What can i do please? i'd really appreciate the help as i need it urgently. It's a pavilion 15 e037-cl Thanks in advance . |

Gnucci007:laptop weh i dey trip for before,do this =unplug from power,remove the battery,hold the power button for 60 seconds,plug power ,turn it on,boot successfully,shut down,put battery,turn it on,enjoy ur life, one question b4 u do all this does any indicator come on when u press the power button ? |

if after the above step nothing happen, then I'll advice you take it to an engineer, I suspect the motherboard since u say it doesn't show any sign of light in it. |
