This is serious...Oando going concern is seriously under threat. This means the company may die if urgent steps are not taken by shareholders to salvage it. No wonder Wale and his gang didn't release the accounts on time.

It's not good at all...The company is overtrading and the auditors have queried it's going concern. The only improvement in the account is the slight drop in the loss for the year

The big elephant in the room for oando has always been uncertainty surrounding results. Now that investors know exactly what's in their books and that losses are reducing, coupled with stabilising/rising oil price, the north pole may not be far off.
