God has made my family smile again.

After 7hrs of active augumented labour, my bundle of joy, my "bababatunde", the one that came to console my family on the death of my father; baby Dominique Iwinosa,Owie has finally landed at abt 5:05pm 30/6/2016.

We are in the same shoes, my daughter too is only three but she has hips and bumbum already (courtesy of MIL) . I'm always careful about who she plays with, to complicate matters she warms up to men than women Lol. My eyes are always wide open, I don't want stories that touch.

My dear, am also in the 2hrs boat o, especially at nights. During the day, its per second per second, even after finishing the 120ml, come and see plenty cry. 4 scoops is supposed to be 120ml, Avent and their 125ml bottle.

120ml u say? My son still takes 30ml frm birth till nw n he is 2wks 5days today. I'll increase his feed ooo.

Ginababy wake your baby to eat though its tempting to let them sleep through, but their stomach is still very small and cant contain food enough to go beyond 3 hrs! Dream feeding is very much allowed so that baby can be adequately nourished. When older you can allow him sleep.

Mamas pls has anyone experience vomitting after taking Lumartem for malaria. My test showed 1+
and urine showed moderate growth of staph. I was given Nitrofureaton(pardon my spelling i cant see d writing on d bag well) for d staph. I took d 2 drugs together and an hour later i vomitted heavily. I dont knw if i should stop or continue d drug. TIA.

Madam, for me it's dat nitrofurantion o, when my doc prescribed it with promethazine(avomine), when I saw it I knew it was a naughty drug, dint take it till about a week after, and still threw up.
Made me wonder why they prescribe it at all sef!!!

It's true sha, there was a time they didn't live together for about a year, it started then. But we've been back together for a year now and they are very close but that attitude is still there. Thanks for the advice.

30 ml is one scoop of milk nah! And you wanna leave him to sleep past 3hrs without a feed? Mama u need koboko! Abeg increase or feed more frequently, set alarm if you must its called vigilante for times like this.
Even with breast milk my son finished 90 ml at 2weeks old and I fed him every 3hrs with bm in between, he takes his last bottle of formula at 8pm any feeding from then till morning 8am is bm.

A 2week old should consume a minimum of 75ml per feed to get the RDA of vitamins and minerals contained in the formula and should have about 450ml of milk in 24hrs.(its not a must ) babies can consume less or more just follow their cue.

Additional* you will know if he's getting enough if at one month old he has gained 1kg on top his birth weight( though some babies will lose some before they start adding.) My 1cent
