According to Christian belief sin consists of loving something that God hates, or hating something that God loves. We can therefore say the Christian god is pure love, yet is hateful at times? The same god impregnated Mary without her consent,i wonder how many nights he did it for before eventually impregnating her? And that is what I call RAPE. Better to masturbate than rape. Sin is an imaginary word. To lie is wrong & it's called common sense. To steal is not right. Stealing or lying are not sins, they are just bad actions. Sin is not an heavenly action world, it's a stupid imaginary word. Mastubation is not a sin, it's the act of sexual gratification by self over penetration. UltimateDaniel: orunto27: Any feelings of shame after masturbation are caused by childhood brainwashing & conditioning to feel ashamed of the act. Period. As taboo as it is to mention (because of this widespread brainwashing), many young children actually masturbate, of course without using pornography or fantasizing sexually. It's just another natural, pleasant sensation to them. It's only when the zealous religious mother or father comes along, slaps their hand, and tells them they are going to hell if they do that again, that the shame begins to set in.
