NIGER DELTA: BUHARI, WHY THE SUDDEN SHOW OF AFFECTION?

During one of his incessant globetrotting, President Buhari remarked, “(Going by election results), constituencies that gave me 97% can not in all honesty be treated, on some issues, with constituencies that gave me 5%. I think these are political realities. While, certainly there will be justice for everybody but the people who voted, and made their votes count, they must feel the government has appreciated the effort they put in putting the government in place. I think this is really fair….”

He felt like a king when he marginalized the region in his appointments and felt so happy when he revoked the pipelines surveillance contract.

But now, am wondering why this recent show of love and affection for the region. Why all the promises.

To me, like someone rightly said, Amnesty programme is not the problem of Niger Delta, so reviewing it or not does not provide answer to the developmental demands of the region.

We know the truth, they know the truth. But as it has always been the case of humanity, everyone loves the truth, unless it hurts.

Until Buhari is ready to implement the National conference report, he is being insincere

Buhari is deaf to any voice of reasoning or how does one explain the ethnic cleansing of southerners and Christians in the MDAs in the face of Niger Delta crisis? You want peace in the region and yet you keep promoting northernisation & islamization of Nigeria. You don't trust or like me but then you want to pluck oranges from my father's yard. Only a bastard will accede to such request.

If Dullard.in.ho truly wants peace, he should see that region as his favourite among all the regions. Not even the north where he comes from or my own region where his VP comes from. He should also forgive & forget about the past corrupt practices in the overall interest of the nation. He should start the rebuilding process. No nation or individual moves forward by channelling the greatest part of his energy towards blaming the past. The reason why Nigeria has not made remarkable progress under him is due to this very poor disposition of his and resentment towards his perceived enemies.
I rwily don't care about d oda points in ur comment.. Buh he should forgive and forget?? Are u high?? People stole d tax your parents paid, money for a better living for you and he should forgive and forget?? U deserve to be flogged. Gerrara via mehn. Shit!!

Stop decieving yourself, rather Nigerians are now so desperate to survive that they have resorted to exchanging their children as a form of barter just to eat, its already happening in the North & West! With these renewed bombings, the zero economy NDA promised is no longer farfetched. You must be a part of this savage government or living abroad if you deny that Nigerians are passing through hell already.
These niggas praising NDA are funny... Who suffers from their actions? Is it not d people?? The avengers are criminals, and datz d truth.

Oga why didn't their son Jonathan that spent 6yrs in power clean up the Niger Delta? They are hating because power was constitutionally taken from them, if Jonathan was re-elected(God forbid!) I bet u there would not be bombing of oil facilities.

If they think others will take their lies, militants won't. They need to learn that honesty and sincerity is the way forward, even with the militants. Lies and deceit destroy.

I think Yaradua should be exhumed from his tomb, His brain (I hope it's intact grin) removed and inserted into Buhari's skull. Buhari is still operating on version 2.1 analogue brain.

Yar'adua is d problem, amnesty was a mistake. Why?

Cos it was monetized... yar'adua was a weakling.

Didn't expect this present FG To achieve any tangible thing because good news doesn't exist in their change mantra. A situation you have more tribes working in a place more than the host state Is absolutely wrong .Example Is Mobil platform Eket , can imagine that more 70 percent of the people working ther are either Hausa or Yoruba. OBJ came in grounded EPZ just in order To make Lagos the only route for importation and exportation. The capital of Nigeria was hurriedly moved from calabar To Lagos after the necessary development ther it was later moved To Abuja and its a matter of time before it Is been moved To Borno state right before our very own eyes. The Niger deltas are the inferiors and unintelligent according To them but the time To take the bull by its horn has come.

Intelligence is a gift of God.
Methinks, when we demand two separate republics, one for ss and other for east, the achievement of either of them is severely set back.

They are just waiting for NDA to get tired of bombings. After that, it becomes business as usual for Nigeria.
