Coach Siasia wanted Ekpolo to transport himself to the Camp because there was not enough money. Yet, Coach Siasia has money to transport a comedian. Why not transport Ekpolo with that money.

It is obvious Coach Siasia dropped Ekpolo fraudulently. How could they tell the boy to transport himself when Coach Siasia said he needed the boy? Yet they have money to transport a comedian to Rio. Shame.

AS Roma striker Sadiq Umar is scheduled to return to the United States training base of the Nigeria Olympic team at the weekend after he returned to the country following the death of his father.


A close family friend informed AfricanFootball.com that Sadiq arrived Kaduna Sunday evening, a day after his father was buried according to Muslim rites.


“Sadiq is now in Kaduna, but he will return to the Olympic team in Atlanta soon after the traditional eight-day prayers for his father’s soul,” the family source disclosed.

“As a true Muslim, he has accepted his father’s fate and has been comforting his mother.”

Umar senior lost his battle to live on Friday in Kaduna after a long-drawn battle with diabetes.

In view of this, Gandoki and his crew would be responsible for their own expense and ticket to RIO.
