@liftedhands, dats diaper rash. Use barrier creams like vaseline or sudocream at every diaper change.

My daughter too had recurrent boils too. After series of antibiotics within short intervals I resloved to shea butter and it's working well for us. I ensure its applied as many times as possible

mumi mubzay i was in d same situation sum few months back..tnx to mamas here..we were able to cross d bridge..as adviced try to get a toilet seater even though i couldnt get around here bt we were able to manage him by alwz showin him d toilet seat infct d potty didnt work at all..he will wee on d floor beside d potty nd also poop in his pant but again thanks to all sabi mamas here..wt patience,i was able to scale thru it all,if he is pressed..he ll rush to d toilet nd asked u to place him on d WC so just manage dis phase mam,it is well.

Sorry about your lil one. The issue is diaper related. How often do u change the diaper? If it stays too long with urine, it can cause that reaction. Also, did u change to anoda brand? He might be reacting to it.

Solution: Apply barrier cream; I use vaseline each time you change him. For now, try to air his bombom, reduce wearing diaper. Also wipes can be responsible. Give huggies a try. Also don't forget not to leave his diaper for too long

@forlahkhe, they all have their side effects and different people react differently to it. Many of my friends prefer d coil. The complaint I hear is heavy mentrual bleeding initially and ur hubby feeling d coil.
I personally don't like hormonal contraceptives.
Visit a family planning clinic, discuss @ length with them,make up your mind and see how it goes.

If u think d cough is very serious, take him to hosp let Dr write an antibiotic for u.

d best remedy 2 rashes n reddish on baby s bum bum, esp boys(around their scrotum) is 2 air d bum bum, reduce diaperin 4 som hours, let air reach his p.parts. They re boys n they realy need d air around their. I ve had such experience wt my lo, n i ve learnt to leave him 4 som time witout diaper, esp wen eva he poos durin d day, i ll change it witout putin anoda 1 til after night bath.
Rem, prevention is beta than cure.

I stopped Orthodox drugs for stooling. Mil bought one herbal stick from elewe omo and I soaked it in table water. Gave ds two teaspoon morning and night for two days and the diarrhea stopped.

So I did diaper free day twice last week and had to mob every now and then. It was quite a task

Pls I want to know how mums handle diaper free day without everywhere messy. Should potty training be introduced at 3months?

I air my baby bum from 7pm to 9pm, what I do is to put on pant for her, then spread her mat (play mat) it doesn't absorb water so i just wipe it off, that was before she start crawling o, but now ,

sayyody I introduced potty to my lo immediately he learnt how to sit, I monitored the time he poo which was usually morning and that was how he learnt to use potty. When he started teething I couldn't monitor his stooling time and using potty became a challenge. Now we have resumed using potty sha, though stressful cos he always wants to grab something

My son, I didnt notice muc swelling, for my dauta, you go fear na. I was scared o, buh my friends told me to cool down that its normal.

Apply ori on it so the pus can drain ,that's what I did when my sons own swelled with pus.

I read its caused by formula, formula poop smells worst than breast milk only poop.

Hi dear, Pls leave it alone. If it bursts just clean with cotton wool and methylated spirit and discard into d toilet. All is well

I think it depends on when he clocks 9 months, and his immunisation day. E.g, he may clock exactly 9 months on a Monday but the immunisation schedule could be on Wednesday, it won't affect him in any negative way.

just like maran1983 said it depend on the day of the week your hospital gives immunisation! Your sons 9month birthday might fall on a Monday and the hospital immunizes on a fridays makes no difference.

Check the card its usually written there when next to come.
