please i registerd earlier and got a reference no. ot NP.... but i heard that d ones wit d formal refernce typ of no. is not valid. and should call d call centre to format my application so i can apply again nd get d new typ of refernce no. please is it true?

Those that registered for npower programme and are yet to receive acknowledgement letter should be calm. I registered over 50 applicant in my office over three weeks. I just received acknowledgement letter 3rd July for some. But note the persons I registered 1st and 2nd of July the said acknowledgement letter came in almost immediately. Always ensure you check your spam and Junk folder respectively.

I registered yestaday n got my acknowledgement practically immediately. So i suppose those dat av registered after d site was upgraded n yet to get acknowlegment should get theirs dis week if there is no issue while inputing their details n those dat will register dis july shouldn't av much issue with acknowledgement. And if u have registered prior to d upgrade n yet to be acknowledged,i'll rather u re-register so u can be on a safer side, cos they might av wiped-off d data during d upgrade, u never can tell.

I applied same day it opened got to successfully registered page, but never recieved acknowledgement, I reaplied this morning and it went tru, acknowledgement came saying I wud do some test. I twitted them asking what happened to my first application? Becuz its very annoying, mayb u try same.

Hope some ppl have not just failed a very simple but technical test on Npower Platform i.e First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. I am having a feeling they delibrately did it like that. For those that are yet to register be careful.

i successful apply on 19 june and i received my acknowledgement on 21 june that Bear's my name and reference number.I still received another acknowledgement today that bear someone's name with reference number,am confused .

Those guys are just sick in the head. Lucky you if you registered for the second time and your application was received/successful. All it has been saying is have already applied. Perhaps I should keep waiting for the Acknowledgment mail,its been 2weeks aft application.

Stick with the first one which bears your real name. If you're unsatisfied with my suggestion contact support center for more clarification

Pls can someone help me out. How does the reference number look like, because l got one confusing numeric-alphabet mixed reference number after 3wks of registration.

The reference number l got is close to 15 mixed digit, hope am not on a long thing.

It's not advisable you reapply. I believe the portal will detect your bvn. That's the essence of bvn in the first place: to detect multiple applications.

However, I've heard cases of multiple applications that eventually went through . But I still believe such multiple applications will get different acknowledgement/ref number. Such persons will still be caught in the long run.

You may however try it if you feel that your first application wasn't successfully submitted. But if it's, and you've got ref number, NO NEED TO REAPPLY. GIVE others chances, OK?
