I have a gionee p4 whose charging port got spoilt using that popular fast blackberry charger. I got it repaired at gionee office. So I got another fast blackberry charger.

Two months later I noticed the phone started charging extremely slow. It took 6 hours to increase by 45% and it took 30 seconds to discharge by 1%.
So I took the phone to a roadside engineer and he told me to get a new battery which I bought but the problem persisted.

Then I noticed that when I removed the new battery from the phone and put it back, it wouldn't switch on or even charge. Same with the old battery. I paid the engineer to repair it, it worked but when I removed it again the problem started again. what could be the problem with the phone?

*Need help*
Someone gave me a Tab to fix
Its a Samsung Galaxy SM t310 (tab 3)
It has WIFI and bluetooth issues
The Wi-Fi won't turn on...when the wifi switch is toggled it doesn't turn on...it just goes back to being 'off'
The Bluetooth on the other hand has connectivity issues... It turns on...but when in use it starts to function abnormally and sometimes shuts down... Files don't send completely sometimes, they just hang at some point especially sending multiple files at once...maybe the first file will send but the second one out of 4 more files will hang at a particular percentage leaving me no choice to cancel all tasks
The tabs IP address doesn't show either its "Unavailable" In the status info of the tab
The tab has no sim slot and can only go online through Wi-Fi.... But I figured if I turned on Bluetooth tethering on my personal phone an Infinix Note 2 and connect the Samsung to my phone I could see if I could update the OS and prolly might fix it... It worked...the tab went online through Bluetooth but then the Tab only allows software update checking and updating through Wi-Fi alone... So no luck there...also..the Bluetooth like I said malfunctions...so it turned off... Usually around 15secs on use in internet tethering...
I decided a different approach.... I rooted the phone... Got MTK engineering apk... I forgot the app only works on Mediatek devices And since the tab is Samsung and prolly Snapdragon it didn't work....
So I got root explorer and went to ...data/misc/wifi/ ... Changed the extension names of the file there to .bak
I didn't see 'wpa_suppicant.conf' as expected... I saw something else 'softap.conf'
In the file it has "AndroidAp" written in it with codes under that seems to change each time I tried deleting and modifying... It didn't work tho... Wi-Fi still not working....
As a last resort I tried using ES file explorer to force Wi-Fi on... It's what I did when I had the same problem with my At&t Galaxy Note 1....it worked then...maybe cuz it has a different factor that didn't let the Wi-Fi work.... My friend is convinced it's a hardware fault... It's a third hand phone... Very clean...but still Used... I don't think warranty will still cover it....
I also tried using codes but there is no phone dialer...its a non sim card device....

So any suggestions? Before I give up on it....

Gurus pls help, I got a faily used samsung E5 phone and I've not been so sure if it is original or I was scammed.

Features:
Ram size: 3gig
Phone memory: 126gig
Camera quality isn't what I expected from Samsung
Normal dual sim
The build number 'seem' genuin'

Please is it possible to increase the memory of an android phone up to 126 gig?

Outside the above observations, every other thing "seem" original...

Is there any specific feature I should checkout for to confirm if the device is fake or original?

Hello Engineers, I use Blackberry 9930 (Bold 5) and I have an active BBC monthly subscription on it. All Apps are working fine but last week I discovered that I can't send or download media files on whatsapp again(pictures, audio, video). Anytime I try to send or download it tells me ''Can't download/ upload media, unable to open connection'' I have deleted the whatsapp and installed another one, the problem still persists, I have gone to the Device settings to do the APN settings to Web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net (its mtn network) still the same problem. I have checked the application permissions, still not working. I have contacted the MTN Customer Care via Email and Via their Twitter customercare, they were just contradicting themself. A friend of mine who uses the same type of phone and subscription njoys his whatsapp smoothly. I don't know what's wrong with mine. But I discover anytime I dlete and install another whatsapp, after installation, it tells me ''whatsapp doesn't have permission to access the internet'' but I can send and receive messages on the whatsapp, just the media download or upload aint working. Somebody help!!!!

Hello Engineers,
Please i need help with my tecno l7. Recently the phone crashed and its been flashed severally but it still keeps freezing and crashing sometimes at the tecno logo and sometimes it switches on with a black screen. Also, after it was flashed, i noticed my internal memory which is usually 12.3 gig accessible via file explorer has reduced to 8.3 gig.. Also, when it comes on properly, i would be able to browse and do some stuffs but when i start playing games, it plays for a lil while and then freezes and the phone crashes. Most times when it crashes it gets stuck in a boot loop. Don't know if it is a hardware problem since it seems flashing isn't doing the job. And very few times it has this lines horizontal lines on the screen when it comes up and freezes.
**Also of note, before the phone crashed, a game i play(dream league soccer 2016) just disappeared. It became one of those com.android system files and i couldn't even find it in my menu but on the home screen, it showed but had this android logo as its icon but still retained the name and if i clicked on it, it would say sd card not found. I had to find it through es explorer and deleted it. Don't know if that can also be the cause of the issue because i believe after that the phone started having these crash issues. I bought the phone in January and there isn't an calcare service center in Uyo. **

Your responses would be highly appreciated.
