What should the pastor of the church do? refuse them salvation or accept them into the church or ask him to divorce 2 and reamin with one?

Ask him to remain in church but send away the other 2 because they are not legal before God and the law... In christainity it is one man one wife not the other way round.

I don't think God considers it sin though, but a wise person should avoid it especially with our modern individualistic civilization.

If he's already married, he should stay married the same way and work to avoid contentions in his house.

One man one wife relationship is not christian-like, its originated from the western culture.
