Nope, Unilag, futa, oau, and other skuls that has the whole federation as its catchment like UI, Unaab, uniport, umudike etc

As big as Kano is is it also part of the educationally less privileged states? Even all northern states are listed as educationally less privileged. Wtf is happening?

Kaduna alone has ABU Zaria, Kaduna State University, Nuhu Bamali Poly, KadPoly, NTI, NMS, NDA and other institutions. Yet, it's educationally less privileged.
