Can someone please tell me if a public holiday was observed? And perhaps did banks function today? it's not funny and fair.. Buhari should stop joking with the economy so I will have to wait till Friday to Carry out important stuffs.. Fridays that government offices close early.. This government is a hideous joke

Abia Civil Servants are the most hit by these public holidays....
Government is owing some 5 months salary, some 4 months and some 3 months. Yet we have had public holidays since Friday last week and now FG is elongating the damn public holidays.
Smh.
