I wouldn't go as far as call them responsible, but i do understand why they think they have to indulge in jungle justice. Remember this though, if you ask them why they do this they'll tell you that the system is broken and the police cannot be trusted. If you ask the suspected robber, he'll most likely say he's doing it to feed his six months old kid. You see my point? Everyone will have an excuse for doing something illegal and senseless. Normal people don't use means to justify ends. Only animals do that.

Last week a guy approached ma mum in her shop and demanded for geisha,she brought d geisha but d guy said it wasn't d type he needed and demanded for another.
At last he didn't buy and then left with ma mum's phone that was on.d.table...,after a while ma old mum start searching for her phone.
