I was bargaining the price of a phone charger that really caught my eyes. It has a 5v=2a wall charger and a slim usb cord.
The igbo guy didnt know much about these stuffs but upon noticing my slight excitement and hunger to own the charger, he inflated the price, ridiculously.
A minute or two gone by and the seller isnt dropping the price towards my desired thirst. Then came their "oga" who doesnt want costumers 'littering' his shop. He confronted me and asked "wetin you see for this charger sef". I wouldn't reveal the secret to him so as to keep my from dronwng myself into the sea of inflated prices.
Fastforward to this evening, the 'oga's question striked me again like a scorpion's sting and i decided to bring it towards the high table of Nairaland phone assessories expert and experienced men and women of this techy section.
Which part of a charger is better: The wall charger or the USB cord??.

Believe you me...both the wall charger cum the USB connector are necessary to enforce and enhance the correct charging of the phone. ..trial will convince you

Both the brick and the cable work hand in hand. A good charging brick and a bad cable would result in slow charge. But I think the charging brick is more important as even a poor cable would still charge some phone for a couple of times before it gets damaged.

Wall charger charges faster than a USB cord; USB cord is so slow when you are charging from a laptop.

good USB cord can charge any phone faster dan expected... it can even boast ur motor battery

Both matters a lot....

Just get a good wall charger and a good USB cable (I use Anker)
And experience a lightening fast charging experience

This is my ministry and I can tell you that both are necessary but wall charger is more important. If you have a wall charger of 5v = 2A output with any kind of USB cord, be it original or fake it can still charge any phone fast. The difference is that some are faster and last longer but if the output of a wall charger is below 1A if you like let the USB cord be made in heaven it will be very slow in charging, in fact it may not charge some high phones. Professionally speaking!
