Infinix and tecno products are all inferior phones, Over rated specs. they are not made to be used for more than a year, except if been lucky. The best thing to do is to sell it of after 6-8months of usage. My infinix hot note pro started giving me serious charging problem problem 3months ago and since then, I have repaired it twice. Right now, it will take it 12hrs to be fully charged. What's the essence of buying a phone for 31k and not be able to use it for more than a year? My advice is sell your phone off before it started developing faults and before it got outdated, if you do that, you will be able to sell it at a reasonable price. For me have vowed not to buy their products anymore.

Infinix note do get charging port problem, I have one repaired two month ago, I bought the charging port for 2,000 and the transport for 500 and I changed it by myself

Got it last year September. About 10 months I think

Guys get a BlackBerry playbook charger. It charges it as fast as a good original cable. Trust me. That's what I'm currently using

im just fed up of the infinix x551 hot note phone. not even upto 10 months, it has stopped charging. i took it to the Calcare office at Opebi. collected it back after 1 week but it still does not charge properly. It charged up to 11% with continuous power supply of 5 hours. I just tire! never would buy an infinix phone ever! i dont even think they changed the charging panel. the just managed to charged it for up to 78 hours over 1 week and called me that my phone has been repaired. Haba Carlcare!!!

Please I want to ask, if things are done so then why the hell do you always refer problems to carlcare when all they do is swindle customers of their money in this period when money is hard to get.
BTW I'm a legal practitioner, I might raise a legal action against your company if this matter is not properly addressed, I mean I see no reason why someone would enter a contract with your company by purchasing a phone on which warranty was embedded with a life span, and the life span not been exceeded your company fails to fulfill their own end of the bargain, it's no one's fault that you pack your phone with inferior charging ports that gets damaged before long.
This problem is now a universal one and should be handled as such.

I have infinix pro in 10mnth I have repaired slow charging issue morethan 3times. this is not a problem with cable, charger or any fault. the fone after series of charge and discharge for 3mnth or more expect that problem.
after paying heavily it will amaze u that the fone cant last upto a yr without charging problem.
am using samsung galaxy 11 properties of that fone is upto standard no charging wahalah
