He was making a sterile statement by this latest pronouncement as adjudication on the matter has gone beyond him to the Court of Appeal.

The ruling by a court of coordinate jurisdiction viz Federal High Court, Owerri should be a feeler to what would transpire at the Court of Appeal.

D emerging fac dat d tax clearance cerificate was not forged is a good ground for a setting aside of a judgemen given per incurriam. Motion for stay is in d alternative. Abeg, make ikpeaZu refile dmoion for stay before cour of appeal ooo. He still remain d governor once he sErves d parties, he motion for stay

Why was INEC in a hurry to give Ogah a certificate immediately after Abang's rushed judgement even though they were served a notice of appeal?
INEC is a huge corrupt mess under Buhari.
