Ignoramuses everywhere... There was no how this Justice Okon Abang would subject himself to the indignity of reversing a ruling he gave in crass hastiness. He was making a sterile statement by this latest pronouncement as adjudication on the matter has gone beyond him to the Court of Appeal. The ruling by a court of coordinate jurisdiction viz Federal High Court, Owerri should be a feeler to what would transpire at the Court of Appeal. Sorry, Ikpeazu is just not going anywhere. Our courts are divided. And any house that divides against itself is.... But really. This is funny. Today, court A will say yes while court B will say no on the same matter. Yet they use the same constitution. I wonder how they interpret all these their stuffs. But the common man has no confidence in these courts. Na look I just dey look |

Either Mr Ogah goes to Abuja and gets sworn in as governor by this judge after which he will then be escorted to Abia state government house by the military OR the judge flies to Abia state and, assisted by the military, swears in Mr Ogah as governor. I'm tired of all these long grammar. 1 Like |

I believe d proper motion to be filed is d of seing aside d judgement alongside wit a moion for stay in d alternative. D emerging fac dat d tax clearance cerificate was not forged is a good ground for a setting aside of a judgemen given per incurriam. Motion for stay is in d alternative. Abeg, make ikpeaZu refile dmoion for stay before cour of appeal ooo. He still remain d governor once he sErves d parties, he motion for stay 1 Like |

So is the court blaming inec for the inability of the court to stay the motion? Are they saying inec acted in haste? So much drama making it seem like these things are being taken personal. |

Ok on Abang need to bw investigated. the owerri court says Ogah has no locus standing g because he rejected the result.....how can he profit from a result he rejected ? Am not supporting any of them but justice....but my common sense tells me Okon Abang ruling is unjust in any case supply of false information is not a reason to remove a governor...if anyone supplies false info it his employers 1 Like |

When was the case in owerri filed that the Judge in owerri will give out judgement immediately. Our judiciary is a huge mess. Sets of corrupt Jugdes. How can a case be decided in less than a week when ordinary man will spend eternity to have Judgement. Shame on all those useless Judges.. Bullshit. 3 Likes |
