Pls mama's in d house, who knows abt Amoxyclav 625mg tablet and Clotrimazole pessaries for inserting. D doctor iIcomplained to prescribed it for vagina discharge ish. Pls sabi mama's how safe is it biko ni oo

Be very careful with the pessaries. Depending on how far gone you are, you can push them in and they will cause your water to break. It happened to a friend of mine.

Good morning mummies, aunties and sisters in the house.... Please I need your prayers and advice last month I posted I was pregnant and we all rejoiced. I went to the hospital on Wednesday for my next appointment to see the doctor but on getting to the hospital the asked to do a viginal scan so as to see how the baby is doing at 8wks. But response from the doctor was that there's no heartbeat from the baby and I should go to the hospital to take the baby out..... And then come back for appointment in October so as to see how to get pregnant again.
And I told him ok and left with the paper he gave me to take to the hospital for them to remove the baby.
But as I was with the doctor inside me I refused the negative words he said that my baby has no heartbeat and the baby isn't growing, of which I could see changes from the last scan and present scan done. Immediately I called my mum and our family doctor in Nigeria and explained thing to both of them.

NaijaFamily doctor Asked for the old and present scan, which I sent immediately to him and he said no I shouldn't go and take off the baby cos there's a difference, but I should go back in 2 or 4 Weeks to do another scan since I didn't see blood or anything.

But for my mummy Na swear she swear for oyinbo people say nothing will happen to me and the baby that some baby you won't even know you pregnant till you close to delivery.

My people am seriously confused please please please what do I do cos this has made I and my DH not happy and is our first baby, to extend that my husband asked me to go and do pregnancy test again ystday and its positive cos no blood or brownish stain....My boobs is fuller, I sleep a lot but no vomiting and spitting.....

Good morning. I'm sorry for the way this is making you and family feel.
My advice would be to wait for 2-4wks just like your nainja doctor said. If anything is really wrong with the baby your body would start the process of flushing it out on it's own. But Lord we reject bad news in Jesus name.
Not getting a heart beat at 8wks happens sometimes. It could mean the heart beat wasn't strong enough for the machine to capture it yet. I wish and pray for all the best for you and all that is yours.

Ayatiraj pls go for a second opinion and check ur hcg levels. Once it doubling then ure fine. Theres a huge difference btwn the two scans.

. i have started bottlefeeding her sef. I express give mumsy and go to d odr room to slp small during d day .or wen i haf to go to d market or when its daddy's time. I express n give him to bond with his daughter and i run away to goan sleep. Na two if us get d pikin. Hehehehehe

Onyinyechika08, teamie good to know u re doin well! Yes o! We are getting close to the finishing line! God is faithful. As for infant formula, depends on pocket and preference o. The best so to speak are 1. Similac, 2. Enfamil, 3. Aptamil, 4. SMA, 5. NAN. I've used 1-3 and can tell you dey are fantastic!

For the essentials I was given 'baby fresh' and 'angel', as the best brand to choose from, but I refused, secondly I didn't want to u Nig. Pampers Cox of the negative things I've heard abt it. Pls can u help a sister out by recommending the brand essential to buy n also the diaper. I know baby's skins differs but I trust the judge of our experienced momas. Thank u

No remedy to adding weight when on EBF oo and you aim for a quality breast milk production! ! You can aim to have more fruits, vegetables and fibre rich foods than pure carbohydrates. For e.g , instead of pap, you do oats. You can even replace your garri or foofoo with eba made with oats. You can have moimoi in between meals to keep you filled instead of bread. ...
The fact is , once you stop breastfeeding and you put your mind to losing the baby fat , you will do so. For the meantime, can Pristine keep having her nutrients rich breast milk please Thanks dear, i will try out wat u said. God bless.

Huggies all the way! The one in cartoon o, don't knw about those in red bags. Ask of US or UK huggies. You will never encounter diaper ish; my son is a living testimony! 15months and counting, NEVER had anything on his bum. I use both huggies diapers and wipes with vaseline for the bums.

For toiletries, be careful with fragranced items. Most kids react; I started with vaseline + baby oil. You can try chicco or sebamed products. For bathing, I've used johnson's from birth till date.

@all experienced mamas, I beg I can eat now ooooo. Chai, infact no matter how I eat I must top it up with either pap, oat, water melon , tea or garri water. Rice na voice mail, it doesn't fill me no matter how I eat it. I can finish five glasses of water at ones. Hmmmm is this ok?

Also there are days I eat and still no satisfaction no matter what I eat and how much of it I take.

Pls advise. Is dis normal? Before now am not a eating much person, food doesn't appeal to me much. Now am a different person.

Dis is me! I can eat 4d whole world! If not eba,fufu,semo,pounded yam with a very big cup of thick milo + water then I'm not eating...My baby wil be a year in 3wks time(how time flies)...They say its because I'm breastfeeding a male child dats why I'm always hungry n not fill wen I eat...Abeg make una help before pesin turn 2 jejere or ijewuru!
