Kbuddie:Hm. I sersly doubt that. Once submitted all you can view is the barcode and confirmation with the nos and secret question. The option to print is BEFORE it is submitted. I stand to be corrected |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by OmoBendel24: 10:00pm On Jul 08, 2016 |
LadyGuinivere:From that confirmation page you will see two options; to either print it or create new application (this is the option that will retrieve your previous DS160 details and populate a new one for you save for a few info like travel dates and some. "Yes/No" questions). Dig? It is actually for those renewing, but can be used by those who previously submitted a DS160 form too, whether they went for the interview or not, got a visa or not. We've been here before. Remember? 1 Like |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 1:25am On Jul 09, 2016 |
adesade:Well of a truth, I don't know how it works there in kigali but in Naija due to certain factors (the multitude of people interviewed daily and the multitude of justinfowise's people aka fraudsters) they rarely check documents, bank statements included. Be that as it may, you are adjudged based on your ties. It is only reasonable that your personal financial circumstance will be considered. If you cannot prove that you can afford the trip, then I fear that you may not convince a vo to issue u a visa.your uncle's money cannot by any stretch of imagination be considered your home tie. However your uncle can sponsor you in the sense that he will house and feed you while in the US in his house. If you have a Nigerian account that is your own money, and accessible to you . The embassy can verify it if they wish to so you can present it. As for the estate account, is your wife the sole signatory? If yes, then I guess u can use it. All these are believing that they lOok at statements in kigali |

I work with first bank of nigeria, and my wife works with the delta state government education board. my question is if am paying for my wife and i visa fees, am i to pay also for the child visa fees, or is the child exempted from the payment of the visa fees, and what is my stake in getting the visa due to strong ties back home. i will really need professional advice from you guys. thank you. |

Ademat7: Then this will be difficult because you will end up abusing the terms of a b1/b2 visa and the Cbp may refuse you entry even if you manage to get the visa as your intentions are conflicting. |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by OmoBendel24: 9:19am On Jul 09, 2016 |
adesade: Okay, your idea of and source of sponsorship will be your first and major undoing, really! Huge or no huge balance isn't even the issue, your assessed personal circumstances can turn that for good or for worse. Your Nigeria bank statement will fly. Have you answered LadyGuinivere's question per sole signatory to your wife's dad stuff? |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by adesade: 11:07am On Jul 09, 2016 |
The account is either to sign her or her mummy, my other concern is we hardly safe to the account we only withdraw if her simplings what to pay school fees or there is main maintenance issue in the house the valve is close to 20m |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 11:18am On Jul 09, 2016 |
adesade:Good. So it is clear that the estate account is for family welfare and not an account for flenging. If I were a vo, I will not give any weight to that account because it does not belong to you guys. The only finance that can count in your favour is your money. Your own your own. Advice: as you already have doubts about your ties, why not wait until those doubts are resolved? Master s student, dunno if you are working and earning a salary ,without a clear financial tie....e be as e get o! |

Hello Nairalanders, I will be reapplying for family USA tourist visa soon, I have applied before in 2013 and was denied then but now my status have changed and will like to know if I can use a confirmed hotel letter from the hotel manager instead of using invitation letter that I used in the first application. Please kindly help me with good info |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 12:01pm On Jul 09, 2016 |
rooladojar:Confirm wetin? Do u mean a hotel reservation from the hotel? Yes u can. That's what I have been using Check booking.com for affordable hotels |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by worry359(m): 12:05pm On Jul 09, 2016 |
rooladojar: Visa officer has stated many many times " they do not look at invitation letter!" You must show strong ties to prove that you will return home. Then adequate finances. |

Happy weekend to all the members of this great house. I like to find out if it is obligatory to pay for conference registration fee before the visa interview bearing in mind that the invitation for the event have been sent already. Thanks 1 Like |
