I keep saying that the reason Nigeria is the way it is because it's citizens just don't know the questions to ask or know how things are done. What you be should asking is "the funds used to purchase the vehicles, were they budgeted for"? And if yes, why? Can the state afford it? Smh.

i know this Lady as i schooled in Afikpo, she owns a club called club d maria then, she have really money, she sprays money on the road while driving, she is very popular but her source of wealth is unknown, expect for the fact that she used to stay abroad, what she used to do there we dont know.
