When was the last update released?
Once you put your SIM and activate the update should pop up, Thats what happened on mine, it's two type once the first one(1351mb) finishes go back and check again, the second one is 271mb there about.

I and a friend bought the phone the same period and although we both got the latest updates (twice), the same issues i mentioned earlier still exist on his phone i.e: Led flashlight not working/ works randomly.

It came with with just earphones and a fast charger. It is supposed to come with a free case but I didn't see any inside the pack. I later bought a transparent case and tempered glass from aliexpress.

been using mine for abt 2months plus now. Its a very good midrange 4G device. It does its job competently..

Mine came with the following :fast Charger+UsB cable, earphones,a phone case and a transparent nylon based screen cover.

Battery is OK....I haven't ran out of it before, though always charging when the is power -as you never can tell when next the will be power...however I feel it is good, as I've never got below 50% in battery ever since I got it.

The display is OK, too you can get to control your experience and feel. it is not a "flashy" phone...if you are the type that want 'notice me'...mine is black...the white color could be though.

Yes both sim supports 3g standby... 4g for either of the selected sim you are using to browse.

Hope this helps...I only would have preferred white...me though.

I booked it on tuesday.....and it arrived friday. It was tagged special lenovo offer. The phone isn't bad @ all.....and I'm not a picture person so the camera quality isn't a problem.

No free case unfortunately.....and I can't find a case for it in the market. I've not had any issues at all. Its been 'perfecto'. I charge my phone once in about 32hrs....big change from the blackberry and tecno phones I used in the past.

I am aware of Red for on-charging...and where to select Blue and Green for whatever... l am only particular about Battery Life and RAM...even the Cam' no time to check that out.

And I heard the phone won't get Marshmallow update. That's a turn-off for me.

That is incorrect. There is slot for two sim and one Memory Card.
