Singing praise and worship songs lift up your spirit, and should launch you into prayers. It cannot be a substitute for effective fervent prayers (of a righteous man), which the Bible says availeth much.

Christian music can serve very well in connecting ur soul with heaven especially while playing a spiritual motivated song, when d song in ur radio touches ur heart ur soul begin to meditate, while meditating u are praying

People sings often that only praises goes to God as he doesn't eat nor spend money. Why do they still take their monthly 10% to church and claim to give to God while it's obvious some pple are using it to enrich themselves?

Why not give this 10% to a hardworking poor to upgrade his business. This will gradually reduce poverty.
