how many times will these folks ask this same question?

they wont look at your bank account statement or invitation letter or care who is sponsoring you.
all they need is how strong your tie to Nigeria is.


since you are married, and probably have kids, then you have a good tie.
it is left for the consular officer to issue you a visa or not.

Why not wait till 2017 and Re evaluate your circumstances.
Ordinarily, she can but getting a visa is much more than she following you.

For your ds 160 indicate that your husband will sponsor you.
Your statement wil not be checked and even if it is, your circumstance will not be adjudged by the bank balance which can be easily inflated

Helo dear.
A quick search of google can give a List of family members that can file.
Nobody can tell you your chances of getting a visa.Only the VO can profile you and decide. Everybody has a 50 percent chance.
You on your own however can go thru the thread and do a self analysis and decide if you should apply for a B visa.

I got my b1/b2 visa while studying in the uk to attend a conference in the us which i attended for 3days. But 7months before the expiration of the visa I got admission to study in the us for my masters and because I was through with my studies in the UK I returned to Nigeria to apply for my f1 visa but I was denied, below is transcipt:
VO: I saw you just finished a course in the UK.
Me: Yes
VO: So who will be sponsoring you for the couse i the us
Me: I will be supported by my mum and I will contribute a part from the proceed of the business i run with a brother to which am a Director.
VO: You are not eligible

Now my question is this, I intend to renew my b1/b2 visa to visit a cousin in the us, please in your opinion what do you think I need to worry about, also am eligible for renewal through dropbox? I look forward to reading from you

What exactly was written there.
Something like 214b
Please give details.

You will pay for your child's visa fee. Same amount with yours. I paid the same amount for my baby when I applied.

Once submitted all you can view is the barcode and confirmation with the nos and secret question. The option to print is BEFORE it is submitted.

you will fill it separately and yes use the person inviting you both for both of your form

Morning peeps, I've been denied visa at the US embassy at 2 different appearance and my applications were done by agents cause they kept saying there's a way to filling the DS-160 but my mind says to me its a lie. Now, I want to re-apply and I wish to fill the application myself also want to submit it a day to my interview date. Pls can someone put me through on how to fill the application and how to submit it a day to my interview?
Also, my previous denied 2 applications has been for visiting, can I try conference meeting now?

You will need your DS160 Confirmation page and the invitation letter although that does not mean they will ask for the letter... Be honest and down to earth.. It's not do or die just be positive..also remember you need to have reasonable tie to Nigeria before they can issue you visa.

That's not enough oooo... You need ties to show that you will return to Nigeria after your trip.. Ties like Employment status
Martial Status
Salary
Travel History
Professional association etc.

Hello house pls I had my 2nd baby in the US. I went with my 2year old son and hubby brought us back to naija.
