The truth, or rather whatever is perceived to be the truth, depends a lot on your vantage point examining the issues and being able to empathize with those uniquely affected.

As for these whole tragedies, while I appreciate the clear disparity in what applies to different groups in law enforcement, I happen to believe black society must have the self-honesty to critically evaluate the contributions of their social pathologies to the behaviour of police.
