From your response I can see you are hinging your argument on IPOB, well I am sure you are aware of MASSOB and the fact that MASSOB was there during the time of Obj, Yaradua as well as GEJ and Uwazurike and some of his members were arrested countless time? The issue of secession has always been there the difference between what is happening now and the past was government approach.
