Wat have igbo people done to yorba people? We dont have to be in one country, it is not by force, the white man will respect us as civilised if we sit and decide to part way. Some yorubas have been all over this thread for the last two day and no rest. A sahara reporters story that might be as false as Dbanj phantom wedding. Wat is wrong with yoruba people and their obsession for igbos. On every thread, u here dem begging marriage to igbo, like all their mother ever gave birth to are men. Yorubas is your mother a tranny(transgendered)? Have u no women of your own? Wat is it? Wat is it, yoruba people want? We have asked u to come and sit down let us divide the country, u say no. Murder our people protesting peacefully in their land. Wat do u want? Wat i know is that if u dont like people, u keep a distance from them and go your own way. Ogeni? 1 Like |

saintdennis: The problem is that you have reduced everything to what happened during GEJ term against what is happening now. If I have to stick to your line of argument I would as well assume that since PMB became president the North and all the campaigns that were associated with GEJ era as gone quick which by your own logic were meant to undermine GEJ's administration. On the issue of his approach not being 'bad' it is quite sad that you could not see that the approach adopted my the FG is mainly responsible for the ND crises. Yaradua of blessed memory likewise GEJ knew that issues like this are solved amicably rather than a show of force. |

aressssa: I can sense hate and anger in your write up! You said that the Igbo hate not only the Hausa and Yoruba but other people. Let me ask you a question, can you list the number of time since the inception of Nigeria that the Igbos have taken to the street killing and maiming any ethnic group as a way of displaying their hate towards them. If I have to use the word hate I would be correct to say that the reverse is the case. I am sure you will come back with more sentiments but please do not fail to come with the stats showing Igbos wanton destruction of property and lives of other ethnic groups in Nigeria 2 Likes |

RichYoungNigga: You are wrong. They didn't teach you in elementary school or they don't teach social studies in Nigeria? This is the problem with your problem, you know nothing about your own country because and your own history, instead of feeding you positive history about your tribe and the fact that Nigeria's 1st president was Igbo, they substituted that positive history and sense of pride with hate and bitterness. Igbo people have occupied every leadership office in Nigeria. We've had Igbo president We've had Igbo head of state We've had Igbo vice president, Igbo military administrators, governors, ambassadors, and so on... Get some education instead of ignorance and hate.. 1 Like |

Nothing can be achieved from ranting. No change have been effected. Politically, SS/SE are interwoven completely. Politically, SW and North are together. Calling my people names will not change that, but remind us of all the abuses we have suffered in Nigeria as SS/SE people. Oba of Lagos, Ambode and Buhari should face politics and shun ethnic bigotry. SS/SE will react. We are already reacting. Enough is enough. African American have been killed by white men for centuries and now they are reacting. Nothing last forever. A word is enough for the wise. 2 Likes |

If you are a Christian and your fellow Christian is being killed in the name of religion, I don't know if you will take it lightly. Do I support breakup ? No. But should the Igbos have the right to protest. |

woodcook: Hate as an act and definition is not violence and you don't have to kill or hurt people to display hate. Hate speech, utterances, ways, attitude and way of life breeds violence and not the other way around. look up the definition for hate before your next reply. |

Dis one no be royal na area boy. These are suppose to be pillars of society, talking callously. Yet they sent a payroll boyz to speak the words of their heart. Where was Joe Igbokwe wen Oba made this speech? They did not pay him to condemn the Oba or make hate speech? Let me just add, as long as countries like Nigeria exist with yoruba and hausa people. The white man will continue to have a field day trampling on the rights of black people all over the world. Rather than discuss how to solve electricity problem and build schools, roads and communities. A yoruba man wants us to discuss igbo. My question is, wat is igbo? We dont have to keep dragging each other down bro. U dont have to like me and i dont have to like u. We can try to stand on our own. 1 Like |

Well if you think IGBO people “throw stones” and have become “cultural savages”, think about the reputational damage, destruction and death caused to other Nigerian passport holders and many Africans. If you are abused, detained, harassed, manhandled, attacked in many parts of the world, consider that Igbo people have been there before you and left anger and hate for other black people to experience. Consider that police officers in South Africa and local citizens told me the violence that claimed many African lives was caused by the activities of Igbo drug dealers and scam artists, where should the victims’ families send the bill? Consider that there are thousands of Igbo drug dealers in jail and awaiting execution in hundreds of prisons around the world, the media in the countries refer to these Igbo people as Nigerians. Consider that Igbo people have now resorted to using black African, Asian and Western women as drug mules thereby leading to the incarceration and execution of thousands of females around the world, the headlines has always been “Nigeria” or “west African” cartel! It is unfair to use the term Nigerians since the country has several hundred ethnic groups of which ONLY one is the predominant culprit in global criminal activities! In order to get the information out, concentrate all effort on the right people, get to the root of the problem, properly inform the public and global law enforcement and especially prevent the constant harassment of innocent Nigerians, we must identify the group involved in this and take steps to put a stop to this tragedy. After the Nigerian civil war, many IGBO people still blame Nigeria for their demise and while doing so continue to fight for cessation and independence from Nigeria. Many IGBO people consider criminal activities that tarnish the image of Nigeria as payback for the civil war. A “get rich or die trying mentality” among many has also not helped the situation, IGBO people are very competitive within themselves and take lack of wealth very seriously. The determination to obtain wealth and show it in their communities has led to a proliferation of IGBO crimes - using Nigerian passports as cover! IGBO people consider themselves one of the most successful people in Nigeria, they are well travelled and engage in global commerce in many parts of the world but on closer look you will find that for several decades IGBO people benefitted from crimes ranging from Drug trafficking to importing contraband goods and toxic waste into Nigeria. If the rewards are high they will engage in it. Several decades ago many Asian, South American, European and North American countries did not have adequate law enforcement tools to detects drugs, contraband and dangerous goods, IGBO people used that opportunity to seriously enrich themselves, it is not uncommon to find legitimate well known IGBO businessmen, politicians and community leaders who were previously engaged in illicit trade. As many countries introduced sophisticated detection devices and better policing, the number of IGBO people arrested globally spiralled, many drug barons and illegal businessmen still do not understand the impact of sending drug mules and couriers around the globe. Many of these IGBO drug dealers and criminals are simply referred to in the international community as NIGERIANS! The impact on innocent Nigerian travellers, tourists, students and businessmen is catastrophic and humiliating as they are maltreated, detained and abused for no other reason but the fact they carry the same passports as IGBO criminals. In one country alone, Indonesia, over 2 Thousand (yes 2000) IGBO People have been executed for drug trafficking without the Nigerian government knowing much about it. Many IGBO people have been executed, buried or cremated with aliases and in secret without relatives, Nigerian diplomatic missions and government made aware. The information was well guarded by the IGBO crime communities in these places and organisations that represent them. Only when the death rate spiralled to alarming numbers did these communities alert the Nigerian Government and the media for help. Recently, relatives and friends of 21 IGBO people in Indonesia, who have been condemned to death, marched to the Indonesian Embassy in Lagos to protest the death of the condemned Nigerians. According to them, about 2008 Nigerians (IGBO people) were executed in Indonesia with another 21 still on death row. They urged the Federal Government to intervene urgently to save the lives of these drug dealers. At a press conference by the head of the Nigerian drug law enforcement agency (NDLEA), the chairman said the majority of drugs dealers arrested in Nigeria and aboard happen to come from an IGBO state, Anambra. IGBO involvement in the drugs trade while using Nigerian passports have started to be noticed by foreign law enforcement with a recent pronouncement by a Thai police officer that IGBO people are a curse to Africa! Muhammadu Buhari once introduced the death penalty for drug traffickers. That law has since been changed but may have to be revisited to prevent IGBO people continue this evil trade! The drug trade and scams is not the only business IGBO people are involved in that has claimed many innocent lives and used up a lot of Nigeria’s resources. NAFDAC was created mainly to combat IGBO activities of importing contraband, fake, dangerous and toxic goods. It is not uncommon in Nigeria for citizens to purchase fake and dangerous medicines from Igbo chemists and pharmacies, a lot of car parts sold by IGBO spare parts dealers are fake. Igbo criminal activities has claimed the lives of more Nigerians than any other terrorist and human catastrophe in Nigeria! |

I salute buhari and my fellow naija peeps for choosing resilience abd steadfastness as the NDA continues bombing... FG can only go into negotiations from a position of strength. A group cannot shout secession! Anytime things go against them . Our unions cannot shout strike! Anytime things ain't going as they like! Politicians cannot continue to shout witch hunt anytime a case comes up. Imagine militant saying govt is owing him 4months salary(amnesty) that is why he returned to the creeks! Imagine! What has he been using the past 6years of pay to do? Civil servants nko? Why don't they engage in militancy? ken4jj:what a good writeup you have here, turns up bro you are brainy..as for Joe I'm yet to understand the motive behind the trash he wrote, really don't know why some people can't do without mentioning igbos, this is a pure case of chasing shadows n leaving the main thing, we are not aggrieved that Jonathan lost but the situation of things on ground makes everyone remember Jonathan n wish he was still in power, if things had turn to be better since buhari took over I'm very sure Jonathan would have been forgotten by now but people Igbokwe because of so much love for their pockets have chosen not to advice the president on the way to succeed but will use every opportunity they see to insult the Igbo nation..Buhari climbing that seat is the greatest mistake nigerians made, he is a hard hearted man who will cease every opportunity he sees to preach n practise hate,we can all see it from his comments n appointment..that Igbos live n flourish in other regions like west is because of wisdom n smartness, I have been to all Yoruba states and igbos there survive with wisdom, they hate everything Igbo with the reason that Igbos buy their lands n properties, Ewi of ado ekiti once told his people not to sell land to any Igbo man just because an Igbo man bought a land with cheap amount n later sold it to central bank for billions.. so hatred is a Nigerian thing n not just attributed to only igbos.. Igbokwe or whatever he is called should cut us some slacks n channel his energy in making sure his pay master buhari stops his hate attitude n engage in developmental projects that will benefit every region..the hardship in the country is not smiling. |

Do you think Yorubas filled Google with those negative blogs and articles by Yorubas that made Google suggested them? Like I said, you don't spread hate and expect love in return. No one is important to economy of south west.. Dangote is more important to sw than all Igbo's living in south west combined.
