my former area, primary 3 boys were initiated by some secondary boys and where on their way to the river for blending when a man recognized one of the kids and raised alarm, this was three years ago, so by now you can imagine how wide spread this menace is

Much as I detest any kind of violent crime, I logically understand dirty bastards robbing banks or bullion vans or anywhere else they think there is a stash of meaningful cash - in furtherance of this pursuit of money matter (N.
