Buy the law does not invalidate right to free speech have heard about anyone in court for throwing insults another. There may have been cases of sedition and defamation but they are not the same as insults. Kanu is well within his constitutional rights to insult any ethnic group or person. the man even insults his fellow Igbos more than anyone else. If Buhari is aggrieved at being called a pedophile or a terrorist, he can take Kanu to court for defamation which is not even a criminal matter but a civil one.

Guy, you are the one making mockery of your self. There are over 40 tribes in your so called Niger-Delta including indigenous Igbos. You have attached your self to all of them in the name of SS that didn't even exist 20 years ago. Laughable. What connects a Bini man and an Ogoja man? What connects an Itsekiri man to an Efik man? What connects an Esan man to an Ibibio man? Absolutely nothing! Do you know that the Igbo man is even closer to the Ogoja,Efik and Ibibio man than anyone else in Nigeria and we share land borders with all of them, inter-married and traded for hundreds of years before there was anything called Nigeria. You guys are really funny. Someone will be on one side of the River Niger and be attaching themselves to another tribe they don't know anything about on the other side of the River in the name of a non existent SS created by Abacha. These are over 40 tribes, some of these people are comfortable with Igbos and don't mind being with them, some want to stay in Nigeria and some want a Niger-Delta Republic. So stop attaching your self to any tribe and support a broad based referendum where everyone decides where they want to belong.

Talking about what happens to indigenous Ibos in the SS the invent of a posible Niger delta republic. Could u pls tell me what will happen to indigenous Ijaws in Lagos, Ogun, and Ondo. Guess they will carve out their lands and turn them over to the ND.
