the government of Lagos state should institute a law that will enable law enforcement agencies to shoot criminals at sight, especially touts and armed robbers.

Lagos state govt promulgated some laws under Fashola. Among those laws include the Baning of okada in major parts of Lagos,the ban on agberos collecting 'oouda' illegal tolls from transporters at every bus stop.
They immediately swung to action to seize almost all the bikes on the roads of Lagos. This they did because they found out that about 90% of the okada riders were from outside lagos,mostly from the north.
But has anybody seen the same lagos state govt arresting the agberos at the bus stops? They are still there boldly extorting the transporters. Why? Because its their people that are the agberos and are backed by some lazy elders,traditional rulers and chief touts.
I guess the effects are now coming back to hunt the same govt.

This is an untrue report and a simple case of a blogger looking for traffick.

What happened is that the red bus was on high speed and rammed into the back or the blue bus within the corridor.

Checkout the back of the blue bus and notice the dent on it tallying with the broken wind shield of the red one.

I saw passed the spot not long after it happened.

No Side window or any other damage occurred to ether bus.

So much for unconfirmed information
