The truth is, I do not know much about his system or staking plan. I know Billy Walters stakes in single games. He has multiple computer screens looking at different Odds and I suspect he makes a lot of inplays.

He is a heavy staker. You can Google him. Billy Walters. You can start from his Wikipedia page. Read and decipher what you think he might be doing right. There is also a short video on YouTube where he granted a video. Interesting chap.
