I came across this girl in photograph below on the road hawking. I am not a medical personnel but was moved with compassion to assist when I saw her eyes. I need information on how to assist her please. Thank you.

I BELIEVE IT IS CATARACT WHICH IS OPACITY OF THE LENS OF THE EYE AND CAN REDUCE SIGHT/VISIBILITY IT CAN BE TREATED/CORRECTED BY SURGERY OR MEDICATION..SHE HAS TO SEE AN EYE DOCTOR/EYE CLINIC |
