What would you do if a man, who your wife says is just a ‘friend’ buys her a phone of over 100k? What will be your first thought?

Will you suspect her of cheating and make her return the phone or just take a chill pill?

The Wife already told the husband that she needs a new phone and the husband informed her of the Outstanding bills they need to take care of e.g Children School Fees, House Rent and many other things before the issue of buying a phone.

Then the Wife informed another man (Claims the Man is a friend) and then that one got her a brand new phone.

Do you think any man will be so nice without wanting anything in return?

Petty people and their parochial, prejudicial and judgmental attitudes! LOL. Well, in a situation like this, first thing to consider is the caliber of people one associates with; I mean to a well-to-do person, to buy 100k phone as a gift to your associate/friend (for those that likes to call any one around them as such) is a no big deal ... especially in a situation whereby the needy has in one way or the other been of immense good toward me or other people I know ... some of us places premium value on people's altruistic virtue than what they can offer materially and sexually. But an ordinary and petty person will believe that it is impossible for a friend to spend such amount on a gift to another person, this subject matter under discussion as a case study.

I, for one, as a proponent and practitioner of the philosophical principle of ethical morality of altruism, such is a no big deal - of course, I only keep around those that merits my trust - so in the event that someone extends such gesture toward my woman, I won't have qualms over it, because I know that I can do same to another person/a female married associate without any ulterior motive.

She better move in with whoever that bought the phone, once they are not related by blood.

Hehehehehe a married woman collecting a phone from a male friend doesn't sound so cool. She should live within the reach of her husband and her own finance. Though there might be times the assistance of friends are needed but certainly not on stuffs like PHONES. To me it's letting your man down in the sight of that your friend....No reasonable woman who cares about her man's ego would accept such...#MYOPINION#

It really isn't the gesture itself that becomes the problem here, it's the situation surrounding the gesture...which you seem to have completely tuned out your mind to.

I am a realist - no assumption - a gifted high sensitive and clairvoyant person. So, believe you me that I am always in charge of my environment... does that make me a perfect being? No. Well, at most I can only be betrayed but can never be deceived! Hahaha.

What stops me from openly buying same my own female friends? A friend in need is a friend in deed.

And with expenses laid down,phone was the wife's priority. Why can't she collect the money to offset bills or did the husband deny her phone outrightly? NO.

I don't think the wife is stupid. If she felt the man was after something else, she won't be accepting such gift from him.

the issue here is the fact that she went out of her way to solicit for the phone after the husband have told her that there are outstanding bills more important than a new phone.. it is equivalent to you asked your wife to cook that you are hungry....she pleads with you that she is very tired....then you go out and collenct a very expesive delisious meal from a female colleage...then when you come back to the house and tell her the well prepared expensive meal is from a woman ...how will she feel?
