Nigerians should begin to learn.

This type of 'large' building is only good/fun when the owner is young and the children are teenagers.
After few years, maintenance will be hell.
No child will surely be with them in few years.
Climbing staircase becomes headache.

Solution.
There should be a plan to build a two bedroom bungalow for thee owner if this duplex to retire to.

You must have very old parents like me, I have learnt from them the need for bungalow and will definitely choose bungalow to duplex, the maintenance costs of duplex is high and so is the insecurity.

it's an underground tank.
it is 12ft by18ft.we don't bet borehole easily .even 150ft ,you no go see water.
on completion, the gutter from the roof is connected to the reservoir.
70k was used to dig it. sands from it and the two soak way measuring 8ft by10ft was used in filling the foundation. no extra sand, the palour was stepped down by one block.
