Paying through deposit in bank might take you like 24hrs to receive a successful notification. I would advice you pay through ATM online. it is faster. You will get successful notification of payment in a minute

The main question I want to ask is this:
Does the portal support those that are awaiting SSCE results?

OAU didn't post me buh when i checked my status on Oau portal, i saw my info/data which means i can register. Infact, my payment has been confirmed. Now the point is i don't think jamb posting is neccessary or that important.

The statement of result I meant is a single document that is issued prior release of certificate. Anyway I think you can upload transcript instead since you that's what you have. You can also ask from others what they used
