High in protein(that's what they said).


I eat it often these days. An expensive food but very great as a change of diet.

Its not my FAVOURITE anyway but I enjoy it each time.


Recently a woman bought some quantity of Breadfruit from me when I asked her said she was sending it to Germany.

I was like. Waaaaoooooo!

I cooked and ate ukwa just two days ago. I cook it with just crayfish, pepper, oil, dried catfish and seasoning cubes.

Na wa oo, all these stuffs inside ukwa. I prefer mine boiled plain or sometimes I separate the seed after boiling and mix with ogiri, pepper, palm oil and salt.

Unfortunately, I don't like ukwa.

So no one here had tasted ukwa cooked with bitter leaf(onugbu) and azu mangala? I dey fear una o.
