Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday berated the Department of State Security (DSS) for flouting an order of the court to remand a defendant in prison. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/207336-angry-judge-says-sss-conduct-disgrace-democracy-threatens-vacate-office.html 9 Likes 1 Share

This Judge is too dramatic. Judges are supposed to be preside over cases, and not be the cases themselves. There was no need for this unprofessional tantrum,by this Judge. That said, this is a Democratic Country, and the DSS should not be disobeying any court order. 24 Likes 2 Shares |

When is it a crime to expose criminality? Chief of Army Staff and the Interior minister were indicted but were consequently removed from the list. Stopping DSS brutality and disobedience to court order is the greatest task before Nigerians. Mr. Mohammed is charged with violation of provision of Official Secret Act. 45 Likes 3 Shares |

HungerBAD: Will you just get lost if you've nothing meaningful to contribute than obfuscation of legal pronouncements and abuse of the person of the Judge. DSS derives its powers from the extant Laws of the Federation and not by being super-humans and the Judge is constitutionally empowered to interpret these laws. 245 Likes 20 Shares |

You need to leave the zoo for them. Seriously, I don't blame those who would rather die crossing Mediterranean Sea, be enslaved oversea, be jailed or even get killed than to remain in Africa. Anything done to get out of Africa and never to come back is worth it. . .Africa need re-colonization of at least 1,000 years more. 11 Likes |

HungerBAD: sorry to say, but this comment is honestly quite unwise. why shouldnt the judge, a person constitutionally enpowered to interprete the law complain when his orders are being disregarded? sir, no judge worth his salt would keep quiet in such a situation lest he sets a dangerous precedent. 61 Likes 3 Shares |
