Last I heard... is that they asked pensioners to submit their account numbers (I think it's the union ) but I guess verification is still going to happen shaaa ... Have a feeling that once budget is fully approved... pensioners will get their pay.

I think so but not so sure... Although you must have some form of identification for collection of payment of the disengaged staff dead or alive. I believe verification should commence this coming week and then payment follows.

they've been paying that since @mortgage only that u will apply and required 2 pay a certain amount of money for processing.

Please any news about payment to NITEL disengaged staff.

We are hoping verification and payment happens next month...But nothing for now although I heard Finister minister has cleared nitel pensioners for payment but we don't know when payment will commence, we are just hoping it happens next month.
