gbsunmonu: Maybe he should try linking the application online. I pray it's an approval. He should also check his spam messages. I have read on nairaland several times that some people get approval mail much later. It is well IJN. Amen 1 Like |

Greetings to everyone in the house. I need your assistance with a few details that I require for visa application. I studied biochemistry in my UG and have been offered an MSc admission in pharmacy plus a scholarship worth $16000. I am still a serving Corp member and I will be leaving before the end of service. I need advice on which occupation to fill in during my application. I will also appreciate any advice that will further highlight steps to having a successful application. Kindly reply if you have suggestions. |

Nony1: Present activity/occupation fill National Youth Service. Name of organisation fill the name of your ppa. Your program commences by September right? If that's correct then I think your application may be too late. You should probably defer your admission. The current processing time for Canadian visa for Nigeria is 13 weeks. Just a suggestion. |

Good morning guys, please how long does it take to receive acceptance letter in Nigeria from Brandon University? My younger bro just got accepted yesterday and we got a mail that it has been dispatched. Secondly, what should be the next step? What and what can he do while we wait for the acceptance letter? 1 Like |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by Bricksonline: 10:55am On Jul 23, 2016 |
My application was simply 'Application for a study permit' I carefully explained my SOP and clarified any necessary doubt so in my opinion it depends on the heading of your letter. Chebe01: |

A friend of mine received the attached pix(letter) from CIC yesterday. They told him the bank statement(his sister) he provided was fraudulent. He was given 7days to explain or his application will be assessed based on the documents he submitted, which is likely to be refused.. HOW CAN HE TACKLE THIS COS HE SAID HIS SISTER TOLD HIM THE ACCOUNT IS GENUINE 2 Likes

Qwertyasdf:Bro No1 knows what transpired between your friend and his sister and the bank statement.your friend and the sister should imperatively answer this question.if an agent was involved in his application, they should hold him too if they aint guilty of this. Moreover CIC has made their verification before writing to your friend and each person knows the kind of documents submitted and how he/she went about them.so let them sort this out and if they are guilty of such they are left with no option than to face CIC music. |

michV: He didn't use a representative.. Although, I have told him to go to the bank with his sister in order to have an idea of what really went wrong. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by lawmerchant: 1:03pm On Jul 23, 2016 |
Qwertyasdf:Very simple. Get a letter from the bank confirming that the statement is genuine (if it really is). Otherwise, your friend may have a problem EVER getting a visa to Canada or the US. 2 Likes |

For someone who intend to do upfront medical, is the person meant to do it after submitting applications online or before biometrics? Please I need your answer ASAP. Thanks |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by lawmerchant: 1:08pm On Jul 23, 2016 |
tolumuntari:BEFORE submiting your online application. The Document you're given after the medicals will have to be uploaded to your online application. |

kife: Except you're looking to gain admission into law schools abroad.....I doubt if LSAT is relevant here in Nigeria. I haven't actually taken the exam itself but I have attempted the samples of the exam. I downloaded online. |
