couple of us had d same ish also, we sent a complaint to student@lago.diplo.de and we got d same similar reply, the new date is d legit date.

Hi, since its obvious you cant apply for this winter, as most deadlines has passed. You can start by reading the pages back......I think you'll get the hang of it. Trust me, you don't regret it!

studienkolleg is free
bbut u need to pay the normal semester contribution as u will be registered as a student during your studienkoeg
after successful completion if STK,u can apply directly to any uni of your choice there in Germany without necessarily coming back to Nigeria
note: to apply for a place in STK,one need already B1 German certificate which is only gotten at Goethe institute in Lagos. again in Germany there are three types of studienkollegs
Hochschule STK:their result(festellungsprufung) is only accepted by uni of applied sciences
University studienkolleg: accepted by both unis and uni of applied science
private STK:very expensive but accepted by both unis and uni if applied science
so choose wisely

Please I want to get a German visa to attend a confer ence September and i have paid for the conference,. I have CAC,Tax certificate,6months statement of account,I have not traveld out of the country but I have 3months expired Romanian visa,I'm currently a merchant made under training. Please what are my chances like? And also tell me where to pay for the visa fee for Germany and all u need to do..I have 800k in my company's acct.

Hey Guys, Thumbs up for the great job you've been doing on this forum. I have gone through the part 1,2,3 although not all but i couldnt really find a place stating exactly how long the visa processing takes after one has done the interview. Though the website says 6-8 weeks but I have seen different posts like the dude that got his after about 7 months and someone else 3 months I understand that factors such as late funding of db acct after the interview elongates the processing period a lot but lets assume the db account is ready and all documents are available as of the time of the interview, please my brainy bosses whats the average period one has to wait for. And those of you that have gotten yours can you shed more light on this please. Vielen Danke.
