Pls builders in the house, pls I buy this land around Owerri. I will like to know the size of the land, and how much will it cost me to build something like this.

Pls I base in Dubai. And this is my first property to buy , pls any information about vthe land ,plan, cost and building design will be very useful .

The picture is too faint, the size of the land you bought supposed to be specified on the document. as for the design, what kind of structure are you looking at and how many units are you looking at. if you have a clearer picture of the structure, send it to fadelex2000@yahoo.com

I plan to build 2bedroom apartment of 4 flat. 2 flat up and 2 flat down. For the picture that is what he send me, I will ask him for clear picture. But as of now is they any way I can know the size of the land. I need to know the size of the land.

As an architect I have seen some design errors scan d floor plans to me and I will correct those areas for you.

One of the errors is that the minimum setbacks of 3m that should be allowed between the fenceline and the sides of the building was not provided for. Its only about 1m on the site plan.
