But lets entertain your idea for a second... France has more Rafaels than Algeria has fighter aircraft. And that is excluding the 200 other Mirages that France has.

Second, France operates the Storm Shadow both for its Rafael and for its Navy, nearly 1000 of them. Storm shadow has a range of 500km (air) and 1000km (naval), best S300 missiles, the 40N6, has a range of 400km.

What does this mean?

France will allmost definitly achieve air-superiority and then proceed to shuttel-bomb Algerian air-defences from stand-off distances. Once their systems are degraded, they will then proceed to plaster Algerian ground formations into peices and then its just a matter of ground forces mopping up.

This is very rough and casual, but you get the idea right?

Blasts heard near Mogadishu airport

Big explosions followed by gunfire have been heard near the main entrance of the airport in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, local media have reported.
Thick smoke could be seen rising from the area, where there is also a base for African Union (AU) peacekeepers.
Local journalists said the blasts had been caused by two bombs. At least one was detonated by a suicide attacker in a vehicle near a checkpoint, they said.
There are reports of casualties among security guards on the checkpoint.
The militant Islamist group, al-Shabab, which is allied to al-Qaeda, has carried out frequent attacks in Somalia, including in Mogadishu, in an attempt to oust the UN-backed government.
The group has been pushed out of most of the main towns it once controlled, but analysts say it remains a potent threat.
It has been increasing its attacks ahead of planned elections in Somalia.

They are purportedly on the bleeding edge of Chinese tank design, incorporating many features from the Type 99 as well as some new features (which gives the 96B the distinction from 96G) which means that they could be complete game changers... or absolute sh1t like the Type 96A (see its performance in the tank biathlon against T72B's for reference).

Really interested to see how they do. Also really hoping China will simplify their classification system because I cant keep track of this sh1t anymore.

Your armed forces are equipped based on threat analysis (foreign and domestic) right ? & I'm sure you agree. Mexico is not in the same type of "neighborhood" as Nigeria. The height of their problems are drug dealers and smugglers while on our side we have terrorist who shoot down planes and are willing to blow themselves up because they want to establish their own country inside our country Have you seen Mexican federal police ? They are like soldiers, so militarized, why? Because it fits the chanlenges they face. Don't compare Nigerian armed forces and Mexico's, there are no basis to do so, it's like compraring the IDF and beguims forces.
