yea I have collected the phone... but they didn't not do what I said they should do... the phone still dey slow charge,is not showing flash charge that will make the phone to fast charge... it is still using 6hr to charge from 0% to 100% instead of 1hr 30 min... and I just got new Infinix charger apart from the one am using b4.

I dropped my tecno l8 plus, with your office at opebi, Ikeja. I was also informed that i will get my phone after 7 working days. I did not receive any text message today, so i decided to call. The lady that picked was very rude and unhelpful. First she claimed the phone was not yet ready, i asked for a more specific reason why the phone was not ready she then informed me that they do not have the parts for my phone, that i should wait for 15 working days. And if the phone is not fixed within those said days, i will be given a new phone.

In the work order form i signed, there is nothing like replacement on it, though i presume the warranty will cover this because the phone is less than 2 months.

Please how true is the statement with regards to replacement after 15 working days of and your office is unable to repair it.

Please engineers should update the customer care agents with more information, its appalling when i have to wait 5 minutes just to be told my phone has not been fixed because no parts.

I took my Tecno N9 to Carlcare for repairs in the Abuja office and was told that the device has been phased out. Please, is there still a way I can get the charging port fixed and the non-removable battery also changed? every other thing is working perfectly well.

You guys did not try for me at all I have send my phone to Lagos up-to 3 time that the phone is not flash charge that the phone use to use 6hr from 0-100 to charge u guys didn't not do anything about it when I send it instead u said customer should buy original charger and I have done that still the same issue.. The last time I send the phone u promise me you will Change the phone for me u don't do anything u send the phone to me back that I should buy original charger... This is unfair sincerely since I have buy the phone I have not enjoying the money I use to buy the phone at all. I buy the phone 40k is not up to 3weeks the phone went off u told pay 18k to change the phone panel I do that without waste of time..
