I am opening this thread so as to allow either Clients, Builders, Contractors, Suppliers, Service Providers review, praise, bash, rant, and vent about various good and bad occurrences while dealing with each others. We need to leave other threads clean.
This will allow the participants to come to a solution and agreement on how to solve their problems amicably.
Please do not threaten anyone with harmful or violent act; as this is illegal anyway.
Please do not post false information about anyone. Every accused and accusers should be FREE to defend themselves.
If the argument here gets to a boiling point, the Moderator may do the needful and take whatever action is necessary.
I may continuously add more restrictions when necessary.

I've collated quite a bit of reviews on the only bad builder on here. I will continue to do so and with glee regardless of whose Ox is gored.

Hmmmm. Where do I start? I met many many people here and I was encouraged to go into a building project.....and I worked with many contractors I got from here...... A lot of bad experiences from the ones known to dissapoint constantly and some from some supposedly reliable people. That's why I didn't bother coming back. I had suppliers fail, contractors and many others messed me up, with many long stories.

I thought about calling names but it's not worth it. One thing is I will never call you or refer you to anyone and I have moved on.

I also had contractors from elsewhere who messed up so it wasn't peculiar to this group. Even trusted 'family' members sef. No family in business.

My biggest learning was that if you intend to build make sure you have time to supervise yourself. If you don't have time be ready to pay 50% more. And get 50% less quality. Almost like just pouring away money.

Collision is the normal thing and workmen all believe that a man must chop where he works.

Thank God that phase is over..

Ma not all those that, we have more of people that cherish names... saying also mention that the bad person today can be of good help tomorrow.

I would name the contractor that collected my N735k for Bozac step tiles alumium roof since 08/04/2016 without doing the job at Gberigbe Ikorodu. I gave him 24hrs this morning my time (5hrs difference - ahead of my time) to do my roof or return my N735k.

He is rude, insolence and even disrespected my mum the day she met him to make payment for the roof- Telling her how much is the money that she is fretting about! I never met him physically nor was he introduced to me by anyone. Just saw him on Nairaland.

Either he refuses to answer calls or gives me 'his coming'.

If he likes he can go to Ososa to do jazz!

I will advise you deal with honest seller that will supply you what you paid for without insult! Ekwe18 supplied me doors with same frame. He changed the design I choose after I sent money to his account! He supplied doors with same frames! When I complained he told me my business is not a millionaire deal ( 2 turkey doors 4ft - N130k and 3ft - N95k and 1 American panel door N22.5k), so I should stop crying. The frames are still with me. Very rude and insulting! Beware.

Good morning, am glad he is not saying that he paid and I did not supply, or that I supplied bad doors or that he paid for Ä and I supplied B. He paid for 2security doors and one American panel doors, which was delivered to him as agreed, he found out that d frames of the American panel did not match, he called and I told him to bring it back for exchange, he now said who will pay for the transport, I told him that from ikorodu to coker is not a million naira in a joking way, dat he should send his little bro to come and I will sought him out. Meanwhile, I have also spoken to his little bro to return d frame for exchange and he agreed. This transaction is over two weeks now, am yet to see his bro or the frames. Attached herewith is picture of the frame.
