The fact that the toilet is being shared shows that the incident happened a long time ago. Because this hostel has been turned to self contain like 3-4years ago.

another difference between private schools and federal schools. if it were my school futminna. the bully is certainly out of the school while the other recording it is likely to be expelled to and the guy in blue boxers is likely to have a semester suspension..i can assure you that non of them will go free. finally considering the news is on the internet..the ITS department must have seen them already.
