Mine is that when you connect to PHCN, there is power supply from the back of the UPS but it doesn't supply from the back of the UPS when its connected battery.
I really dont understand the issue of 12AWG copper wire stuff. Please can you explain to me please?

Kindly ensure its supplies from the battery before cos that's very important for the Setup to workout or better still, take it to a radionic to checkout the power board to see if nothing has gone wrong on the board.

It's not the normal house wiring one this one is the flexible 12 AWG copper wire.

To my awareness, a new 650VA "blue gate" UPS costs 10,500 here. it's just adding the price of other things needed in the Setup to it which is the battery with Charger-15k, and anderson-1500. it makes a total of 27k.

secondly, The battery that comes with the UPS is mostly a 7.2/ 8Ah sealed lead acid battery that doesn't last more than 30 mins but am replacing that with a 40Ah LiFePO4 ( Lithium ferro phosphate or Lithium iron phosphate battery which is the latest technology of battery chemistry.) The UPS charges at a voltage of 13.3V while the battery charger charges at a voltage of 14.6V sir. This is a clear indication that one is going to be faster than the other.
Have written on several ways of using the battery without UPS which for you to run 12V DC devices on it e.g security cameras, DC motor pumping machine, LED lights, Rechargeable lamps , rechargeable fans et cetera.

The importance is that the UPS is being used as an inverter here which converts the 12V battery output to 220V( DC to AC)

it lasts longer compared to when you use it to power other energy consuming items.

Dedicated takes 6 hours while the UPS internal charger takes longer than that. it is sometimes very difficult to take a record of that because it does all sorts of regulation which makes it stop charging for some time and picks up. Have not experienced full charging with internal charger before but if the PHCN supply in your area is good( doesn't fluctuate that much) you might get to know that. Thanks
